I’m a amateur radio licence holder having passed the UK foundation exam in February 2018 (M6YGM) and then the intermediate exam in July 2019. Started off on 2m/70cm with a mobile set. Commissioned my home station with a Diamond V2000 mounted on a 3 meter pole which gives me better access into local VHF/UHF repeaters and also 6m. I am active on HF. I operate an Alinco DX-SR8 into a inverted L end fed long wire with a remote EDX-2 matching unit
