I gained my foundation licence in early 2003. Later that year I was offered the chance to take the last ever "City & Guilds RAE" in December 2003, and in January 2004 I was issued my full licence by OFCOM. I was always after my initials in my call, however they were not available with my M3 or M0 Callsign. So when Ofcom changed the rules in October 2025, i took the opportunity to change it. I was able to change my callsign to G3AGG on the 24th October 2025 which is registered and fully certified by OFCOM.
