Name is Mal. I am retired and live near Caerphilly in South Wales,UK. I have been licensed since 1987. First as GW1XZN until 1989, then as GW0MTI to present. Station to date comprises of: Yaesu FTDX 10 with MD 100 A8X desk mic and SSM-75E hand mic. Yaesu FTM 500DE. FT3D Handie. Mobile setup is Yaesu FT891 with Hamsticks, Slidewinder coil,2.4 metre Tank-whip, 5.3 metre telescopic ant, and various other vertical configurations. Home antennas at the moment are the DX Commander ABV, 40M OFC at 8 metres, dual band beam for 2m and 70cms at 10 metres.
