Relatively new to the amatur radio scean after many years spent listing to Airband radios and dedicated scanners (Cant remeber the one I got from maplins many years ago, current scanner is a Icom IC-R20) and various SDR radio dongles. Finally got round to actually looking into Amature radio and passed my foundation in May 2023 and got my Intermediate and Full not long after that Mostly playing with FT8 and Mobile work from my Discovery 4 via Yaesu FTX-1 Optima and ATAS 120A Other intrests are computers and cyber security, gaming, electronics and cars. Owner of a crazy rescure Alaskan Malamute.
