I obtained my UK Foundation Licence in July 2011, having wanted to get into Amateur Radio since the early 1970's. My first Call Sign was M6PJA and with the help and encouragement of my club and others, I went on to gain my Intermediate Licence in April 2012 then my Call Sign was 2E0ZPA. In Feb 2013 I passed my Full Licence Exam and My Call Sign is now M0PJA. I am an IT Analyst, mainly working with Unix, Linux, and Databases like Mysql / Oracle / DB2. My other interests include: Youth Work / Canoeing / Cooking / Scouting / Bushcraft / DofE / anything Raspberry Pi Related
