My home QTH is on the south coast of the United Kingdom in the seaside town of Gosport, Hampshire. I'm originally from Milford-on-Sea, a small coastal village on the edge of the New Forest, where I was first introduced to amateur radio by Fred Greenwood, G3ZJY. From that moment, the hobby really sparked my interest. I went on to gain my Foundation licence in 2006 after attending a course with the Christchurch Amateur Radio Club in Dorset. I have a keen interest in Dx competitions, and special event stations. From a technical perspective, I'm particularly interested in antenna design, propagation, and QRP operation.
