Hi I’m Nick, I was born in 1967 with Cerebral Palsy, so speech and Hand control is quite difficult for me. I have always been interested in radio as long as I can remember. I think it was my Nan may have started the interest with radio for me? Nan would get me to use her Transistor radio to make me to use my fingers. I would find some very interesting stations to listen to; I don’t mean like Radio 1. It was not until 22rd March 2013 when I passed my Foundation Radio Licence. I got the Callsign: M6CPP. It wasn’t until over a year later when I decided to sit for my Intermediate Radio Licence. I got the Callsign: (M8NAQ) 2E0NAQ. The reason it took me a year to take the Intermediate licence, is because I wanted to make sure I felt confident talking over the radio with my speech problem and understood how to use the radio properly. Now you can find me on most of the bands. I like to take this opportunity to thank Stu G5STU developing Station Master which has been great help to me.
