Thanks for looking me up. I'm located in the village of Lhanbryde, just East of Elgin, Moray, Scotland. I'm currently using a Yaesu FT-920 to 2 antennas. 1 is a half wave end fed 20mt wire, suspended horizontally 5mt off the ground, running east to west. The second is a Sirio 2016 5/8th wave vertical, 6mt off the ground for the 10mt band. I have a matching speaker for the radio, the Yeasu SP2000, a Yeasu M70D desk mic and a MFJ 949E tuner. I was originally on the air in the late 70' and early 80's on CB radio (AM). I returned to CB radio and DX'ing on 11mts in Novemebr 2021. My interest in radio expanded so I passed my foundation level exam in April 2024. I'm a Police Officer, working shifts so my time on the radio varies with my shifts.
